Design Automation of Flash Tank
A Flash Tank is a container designed to hold hot liquids or gases and store them under high pressure. This typical product consists of approx.100 components. Number of components will vary depending upon number of nozzles placed on circumference of shell.

The scope for this project includes the automation of the design process for Flash Tank along with its
individual components and their drawings.

Dished End type Cap.
Flat End type Cap.

Nozzle Assembly Configurations :
No. of Nozzle varies from 6 to 30.
Each nozzle assembly contains 6 components.
Configurations in nozzle assembly are as follows-
Flange type or coupling type-
15 types of flanges included in wizard.
6 types of couplings included in program.
Gussets required or not-
Inside gussets.
Outside Gussets.
RF pad required or not.
Pipe type.
Vertical and angular Position of nozzle assembly.
